I don't know whether Cory is an enlightened guru or a sage, but he is offering nonduality in a form that is interesting. He hold meetings in which participants consider the teaching of an enlightened sage. There are other groups doing similar work -- these are like bible study groups -- and we're glad to mention them on The Highlights.
We all yearn to find our freedom
in this world. We do this because we know there is more to
us than the limited views on life that we were taught. We
feel this limitation and sense that our true nature is to be free
and hence, the search for our freedom. So we start looking
outside ourselves to satisfy this inner knowing.
It is not as common, however, to question, who is the one that
wants this freedom. When attention is directed in this way, the
myth of who we thought we are evaporates. It was only an illusory
identity and untrue thought in our mind that kept us separate and
suffering.
Love and freedom exist as the natural state of being!! When this
is seen, and it can happen instantaneously, it is seen that this
being does not exist in limitation at all and is inherently
free!!
False notions, boundaries, defenses, self images melt away.
Actually, they were never there except in your own mind! We
are left with pure, unhindered beingness. "Now" we
exist in a place of awareness and freedom far beyond anything
ever dreamed of. It is obvious and self verifying!
Often our lives become a continual, perhaps foggy, muddled search
for truth or freedom or just happiness in whatever form that
takes. Our gatherings will take you beyond the doubt of being and
make clear, what you always knew was true in your heart.

FROM I-95: Take I-95 to Hollywood Blvd, head East bound. On Dixie
Highway make a right heading south. Make first left on Harrison
Street heading East again. (Harrison St. is one block south of
Hollywood Blvd) The Store is in the middle of the block on the

FROM US1: Take US1 to Hollywood Blvd. Follow around Young Circle
until Hollywood Blvd exit heading West bound. On 20th Ave, which

ABOUT THE LIST OF
TEACHERS
Important note: I have decided
to leave what teacher we are going to present at each gathering
as a surprise!! Yet it will be one from the list below. This way
we rely more on our own sharing and looking than a dependency on
the teacher alone!! No doubt the teacher will have a great impact
too!! When love, awareness knowing is brought into a room...
well... "love is all you need". Even if you do not know
the particular teacher or are not interested, the meditation and
inquiry need not focus on those particulars, it is all about
connecting, sharing loving and knowing the BASICS of who we are
in truth. The general theme will always have a heavy emphasis on
nonduality with its relation to manifesting reality. To give you
a rough idea, much of the nondual nature of our gatherings will
lean toward the type of teachings like Advaita, Vedanta, Eckhart
Tolle, Gangaji, Adyashanti, Krishnamurti, Buddhism, Zen, Ramana
Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, A Course in Miracles, then more
contemporaries like Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Marianne
WIlliamson etc and the apparent mix of nonduality and manifesting
reality is - The Forum, est, Avatar Lifespring, Ron Smothermon
etc. and to round it out manifesting realities teachings like
Conversations with God, Elan, Sanaya Roman, Seth, Ramtha, Abraham
Hicks (The Secret). Quantum Physics etc. We do not compromise the
truth of nonduality, so please..all you pure nondualists, this is
for you, and yet we embrace the appearances of creating reality.
