The Absolute
No mind, no form, I only exist;
Now ceased all will and thought;
The final end of Nature's dance,
I am it whom I have sought.
A realm of Bliss bare, ultimate;
Beyond both knower and known;
A rest immense I enjoy at last;
I face the One alone.
- Sri Chinmoy, posted to The_Now2
Being conscious is cutting through your own melodrama and being
right here. Exist in no mind, be empty, here now, and trust that
as a situation arises, out of you will come what is necessary to
deal with that situation, including the use of your intellect
when appropriate.
- Ram Dass
Your constant utilization of thought to give continuity to your
separate self is 'you'. There is nothing there inside you other
than that.
- U.G. Krishnamurti
Remember to remember: Whatever happens - happens because I am.
All reminds you that you are. Take full advantage of the fact
that to experience you must be. You need not stop thinking. Just
cease being interested. It is disinterestedness that liberates.
Don't hold on, that is all.

Man becomes what he believes himself to be. Abandon all ideas
about yourself and you will find yourself to be the pure witness,
beyond all that can happen to the body or the mind.
