The Urban Guru
Cafe, -- http://urbangurucafe.com/wordpress/index.php -- which is run by a woman named Areti,
has proven to be an established online edifice for nonduality
teachers and teachings, and those drawn to them.
They post podcasts --
interviews and talks by nonduality teachers -- melded with music
and songs of diverse styles and traditions. The podcasts are
creative, informative, entertaining, and professional.
Each podcast typically
receives dozens, even scores of comments. The Urban Guru Cafe is
a vital, committed community by Areti who is supported by a
core group of energetic, involved, and seasoned nondual people.
The group is focused, fun, open-minded, and sensible.
Also, the Urban Guru Cafe
website is beautifully designed. In the Highlights only
the bare bones text is printed. Here are some details from

the difficulties from the ’subject’ of Non Duality -

All concepts are
ephemeral by nature, and they cannot bind Awareness - they simply
are awareness itself appearing as forms ‘in or on’
Awareness. This program is all about this fact. No
belief is asked for or required. The immediate experiencing
is NOT of being a ‘person’. That fact is extremely
subtle and yet so very, very obvious. It is not a
concept….it is irrefutable….self-evident.
If one truly hears what is being pointed out - it is the
dissolution of all beliefs in ‘time and process’ -
‘a Path’ - and the clear presence of naked awareness is
obvious - as it always IS. It is not
‘personal’. Enlightenment is not a personal
achievement - no matter what any Guru, Teacher or anyone says.

15. Jeff Foster -
Falling Into The Mystery

In this interview with
Jeff Foster, Jeff tells us that there is no path and no process
to recognizing what we are, and as such, he does not advocate
practices nor does he suggest that you stop them, for nothing you
do or don’t do can or will lead to that which you already
are.
He explains that this
‘understanding’ is not about concepts or about
understanding ’something’, but rather that it is about
falling into the mystery, the unknown. He examines a common
trap people can fall into when they take the concepts of
non-duality and ‘turn them into’ a
religion. Specifically, he looks at people falling
into nihilism when they hear that there is nothing to get and
nobody to do anything.
We are sure that (some
of) you will love it - others will take ‘exception’ -
such is the way of the appearance, the dualism of LIFE.
